Start moving

The secret to fat-free abdominal area is to move around. Like, really move around.  You need to be in constant motion. And that doesn’t mean doing cardio every day for one hour or 30 minutes or anything like that. Yes, get your cardio done, but also focus on activities that get your heart rate up. Swimming, climbing stairs, biking, walking, and so on. Find ways to move, instead of taking a bus or a car. For example, take the bike to your job. Go swimming, go hiking. Instead of taking the elevator up, use the stairs, and so on.

The importance of stretching

Most people underestimate the importance of stretching. And it applies for both before and after a workout. You do not jump into crunches and abs. Instead, you stretch your muscles, and then do the crunches. Stretching helps you target more muscles, and your body will burn fat from multiple areas, not just the abdominal area.

Sleep

Another underrated aspect of losing belly fat is sleep. As in, get your 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When you do not sleep enough, your body releases hormones that increase your stress, and that leads to sugar cravings. In other words, when you sleep less, your body is craving chocolate, candies, and all of those other unhealthy stuff that stick to your abdominal area and increase belly fat. Sleep properly, and you will see that you won’t crave for overly sugary delights through the day.

Get hydrated

A huge portion of your belly fat is actually just water. So, what is the way to eliminate water from your body? Drinking more water. It might sound strange, but when you are not drinking enough water, your body retains fluids. And those fluids usually stick around the abdominal area. Drink water, get hydrated, and your body will flush water weight easily. Bonus, along with that water, you also eliminate toxins. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water per day will increase urination, which means you will be hydrated and toxins-free.

What about cardio?

Speaking of cardio exercises, there are different types of cardio. When it comes to losing belly fat, the best one is the high intensity interval training. What is that? Well, it might sound complicated, but it is just training between different intervals, slow and high intensity. For example, if you are running, you start off with a quick sprint of 30 seconds, and then you go for one minute pace running, and so on. Switch between different intensities to keep your body burning fat at all times.

There are two natural remedies for burning belly fat that have been proven efficient and effective. One is lemon, and the other is apple cider vinegar. Start off your day with a glass of warm water and lemon juice squeezed in it, or with a glass of water, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
