He published the book “A cancer therapy: Results of 50 Cases”. But it wasn’t until the 1930s, when Dr. Norman Walker invented the first juicing machine, that juicing became not only popular but widely available as well.
Today, we can all easily agree that if you want to lead a healthy life, you should avoid drinking carbonated sodas. Instead, you should start drinking fresh and natural juice, be it with vegetables or fruits. With that in mind, what are all the benefits of drinking juice on a daily basis?
