Feet Detox Pads
These detox pads can be bought in a healthy food store. They are made from tree extracts, bamboo and their origins come from Japan.
Benefits – Using this method you’ll experience fewer headaches, less joint pain and fatigue than before.
How to use them – Place the pads on your feet before going to bed. When you wake up, remove them.
N.B.: When you wake up in the morning, you’ll probably see a darker color on the pads. This is completely normal since they were “working” during the night to eliminate toxins from your body.
Ionic Foot Bath
These are the electronic foot baths. What they do is creating positive and negative ions in salty and warm water. They work by ionizing the salty hot water by alternating polarities. If you try this approach, breathe easily, stay calm and relax.
How we get these toxins in our body
The diet. Inadequate nutrition, eating saturated fats, fast food and processed food results in creating a toxic environment in our bodies. Also, the air pollution adds increased amount of toxins in us. The toxins will live in us expand their presence if we don’t have enough physical activity.
