Meet Hashi, the 28-year-old girl who lost unbelievable 92 pounds in a very short time.
Everything started when a friend of hers posted a group photo on her Facebook page. Many people started giving her negative comments about her looks. She was 23 at the time.
This got her thinking about her well-being and broke her feelings.
The self-esteem issues she had back in the days were one of the reasons why she is overweight for a long time. Everything was fine until the college days when she started feeling the decline of her overall physical health.
Transformation Tuesday 💥💫💫 For everything that I’ve accomplished in my life/body there was a price to pay. You must be willing to pay THAT price! Contrary to what many may think, nothing GREAT suddenly happens…. it takes time , patience, hard work , sacrifice and being consistent 🙏🏼🌟 Love the way my body has changed after taking up lifting after my weight loss journey ❤👌🏻, but I am not done just yet…… Stay focused and dedicated! #fitlife #fitnessaddict #fitness #beforeandafter #weightlossjourney #weightloss #transformation #inspire #bodypositivefitness #shesquats #training #weightlossinspiration #inspiration #selflove #justdoit #traininsane #transformyourbody #fitnessinspiration #strongissexy #strong #muscles #fitfam #fatloss #fattofit #newme #melbourne #weightlifting #shesquats #bootybuilding #hardwork #transformationtuesday
Maybe it was the difficult studies she was dealing with at the moment, but Hashi completely forgot about her body.
Hashi even found herself eating two pizzas a day. This was ongoing for years until she reached the devastating 235 pounds’ mark.
Enough is enough.
The whole Facebook attention she got and all the negative comments changed her life. Even though she was hurt and largely embarrassed, she found the strength to do something about it and begin her transformation.
Hashi made her regime starting with cutting sugar, processed foods, carbs, and going to the gym for intensive cardio for four days a week.
This was only the beginning.
She worked her way up to six workouts every week. The weight was going down, and her body was getting sexier.
According to her, this was the best present for her weight-loss transformation.
“My motivation was to change the way I looked and enjoy a healthy lifestyle,” Hashi wrote on her blog. “But as I continually pushed myself, the results I saw within myself [were] my biggest motivation in achieving my goals.”
Voila. Ten months after, Hashi came out with a new slimmer figure. But, the best part is that she didn’t stop there. The whole thing got her excited about bigger results. She adds weightlifting to her regime. When you combine a healthy diet and these kinds of exercises, the results are imminent. Her loose skin is firming up, her abs, arms, and booty shaped up and became stronger.
Take a look at her:
#Humpday 🍫💥💥💥 Everything changed once I made the decision to not to be a product of my circumstances and be purely a product of my decisions….🙏🏼 Finished off a killer ab session tonight, so happy how my midsection is progressing💪🏼🍫 Check out my Insta story ⬆for some of today’s workouts💪🏼 #fitlife #fitnessaddict #fitness #weightlossjourney #weightloss #transformation #inspire #bodypositivefitness #shesquats #training #weightlossinspiration #inspiration #selflove #justdoit #traininsane #transformyourbody #fitnessinspiration #strongissexy #strong #muscles #fitfam #fatloss #fattofit #newme #melbourne #gym #humpday #abs
Now, being 92 pounds down, Hashi is continuing with her regime and healthy way of life. The regular workout schedule is a mix of both weightlifting and cardio exercises. She works with a personal trainer to create meal plans that are right for her.
The 28-year-old became a master of meal planning.
Another Sunday night spent right, meal prep day 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Not preparing , is preparing to fail! Love doing my meal preps on Sunday nights as its the start of a new week tomorrow. These are the meals I’ll be consuming for the next five days. There are specifically designed for me and my training. Since I’ve taken some time off from the gym, I haven’t been posting regularly on insta. I’ll be getting back into gym tomorrow and my insta posts. Cannot wait! One more thing, Hashi says:
Obstacles make your story special and unique to you. Life should be made up of goals. Work towards your goals, learn and grow…..to shape YOU into becoming a better person. As hard as something may seem right now , remember the key is to keep pushing and moving forwards! When the natural lighting is on point. Stay focused and dedicated!
Persistence is the key!
Don’t forget to share this with all of your friends.
